We reserve the right to reject, remove, or refund any tutorial that violates these prohibitions.
6AI-Generated Content Notice
Tutorials-Shop utilizes artificial intelligence to generate educational content. AI-generated tutorials may require user review and verification. While we employ safety checks and quality controls, you acknowledge that AI-generated content may not always be perfect. Users are encouraged to review and validate AI-generated content before relying on it.
7Refund & Purchase Policy
Pricing: Tutorial generation costs $4.99 per tutorial. Purchasing comprehensive tutorials costs $2.99 per tutorial. Purchasing summary tutorials costs $1.99 per tutorial. All prices are in USD and subject to change with notice.
Access Rights: Once purchased or generated, tutorials remain permanently accessible in your account. Generated tutorials are also added to the public shop at $2.99 for other users to purchase.
Refunds: Refunds are available only in the following circumstances:
- Technical failure preventing tutorial completion within 48 hours
- Tutorial contains prohibited content or violates our policies
- Duplicate purchases due to system errors
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. No refunds are provided for completed and accessible tutorials, user errors, or change of mind.
8Intellectual Property
All tutorial content, including text, images, PDFs, and related materials, is owned by Alshaigy LLC or licensed to us. Purchased tutorials grant you a personal, non-transferable license to access and use the content for educational purposes.
Restrictions: You may not redistribute, resell, republish, or share tutorial content with third parties. You may not modify tutorial content and claim it as your own. Commercial use of our tutorials requires explicit written permission.
9Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, or abuse our services. Upon termination, your access to purchased content may be revoked, and no refunds will be provided except as required by law.
10Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Tutorials-Shop shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
